Auto Engine Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Auto Engine website, Client(Application), and in-app login/authorization experience. It explains how we handle the minimum data set—email address, phone number, and OAuth provider IDs—on Tencent Cloud servers located in Hong Kong.
Data We Collect and Why
- We only collect the email, phone number, and the unique ID returned by third-party platforms when you approve OAuth login.
- The data is used solely to create or bind Auto Engine accounts, perform authentication, detect abnormal sign-ins, and help support verify ownership. We never use it for marketing or profiling.
Storage and Security
- All data is stored in Hong Kong (Tencent Cloud). Both in-transit and at-rest data must be encrypted, and access follows a least-privilege model.
- Third parties receive information only when you actively initiate OAuth login. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share these records.
Retention and Deletion
- Until the self-service account deletion feature goes live, we retain the data to keep your account operational.
- You can request access, changes, or deletion via “Help & Feedback” in the app or by emailing
CeerDecy@163.com. We currently process such requests manually and will provide self-service deletion once the feature is delivered, clearing or anonymizing data when legal or business obligations are met.
Your Rights
- You may withdraw OAuth authorization or ask us to delete your email/phone at any time, but doing so limits functionality such as login and cloud sync.
- If we inadvertently collect information from minors, we will remove it as soon as it is verified.
Policy Updates
We will announce any additions—new data categories, sharing partners, or security practices—through prominent notices on the website or in the app and seek renewed consent when required.
